Come visit us and
Enjoy the house exclusively:
- For a maximum of 12 people .
- 6 double rooms with full bathroom in each room .
- Kitchen, dining room and two living rooms.
- Outdoor garden with barbecue facilities
- Private parking .
Our rates and conditions:
- Between 650 € and 990 € per night, depending on dates (check availability and exact prices).
- A minimum of 2 nights
- 5% discount for more than 5 nights
- Pets are accepted upon request.
- The guest accepts the rules of use of the house.

Rules of use of the house
- CHECK-IN HOURS ARE FROM 14H00 TO 20H00.
- CHECK OUT MUST BE DONE BEFORE 11:00 AM.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS CAN BE ORGANIZED INSIDE THE HOUSE.
- SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE IS PROHIBITED.
- NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY OF THE HOUSE IS ALLOWED
- THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE HOUSE IS 12 PEOPLE AND IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO EXCEED THIS LIMIT.
- PETS MAY NOT BE LEFT ALONE INSIDE THE HOUSE, BUT MAY BE LEFT IN THE ENCLOSED OUTDOOR AREA.
- THE TRANQUILITY OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD MUST BE RESPECTED.
- IN THE EVENT THAT ANY PART BREAKS OR STOPS WORKING, THE HOST MUST BE INFORMED.
- THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE HOUSE MANUAL, WHICH IS AVAILABLE TO GUESTS, MUST BE READ AND APPLIED.
